Adam joined Tucker Associates in 1988 as Group Engineer and was appointed a Director of Tuckers Consultancy Ltd in 2005 with responsibility for environmental policy, computer aided design and engineering.

He has been involved in many diverse projects including highly specified conference facilities for a leading City bank, various hotel projects in Europe, redevelopment of old educational buildings into a low carbon school, private and social housing and numerous banking and legal fit-outs in the City and Canary Wharf.

Adam takes a particular interest in sustainability and environmental issues relating to building services on which his dissertation for his BEng qualification was based.

Greg joined Tuckers in 2015 as a building services project engineer. He now manages MEP design projects within tuckers consultancy with a team of engineers and draftsman. Greg has provided dedicated design and project management services for clients in London and the UK on major commercial fitout and refurbishment projects. Roles include MEP design lead, technical surveying and project management. With a background in manufacturing and automotive applications Greg has become involved with a wide range of development, problem solving and novel projects. Significant achievements include low EPC energy ratings for commercial offices delivered through low energy HVAC and lighting designs. As well as utilising whole building dynamic simulation modelling and novel solutions for specialist applications such as very large buildings and laboratories.

Greg also manages heat energy billing calculation and data management services for key estates and businesses in central London. This gives Tuckers direct in-site into actual building running costs and the performance gap. Working with tenants, contractors and building owners and operators Greg pushes for continual improvement of the designs and solutions to meet customers needs.

Particular interests include MEES building energy evaluations, EPC improvement schemes and low energy mechanical and electrical services designs for the fit out sector. This includes shell & core refits, Cat A/B fit outs, building surveys and reports. His key skills include CAD drafting, Mechanical HVAC system design, lighting design and commissioning management.

He manages a small team, liaising directly with clients, contractors, occupiers to deliver projects on programme on budget and with high quality with values up to £30m, in the London and surrounding areas. He has a very successful track record of maintaining long-standing and effective relationships with clients on both owner and occupier sides, working with developers, estate managers, building managers, tenants.

Salman has worked with Tuckers Consultancy for 8 years, developing from a Project Engineer; producing drawings and basic mechanical design, to a Project Manager currently working on projects ranging from residential blocks to commercial refurbishment and fitouts. Salman is the project lead on tenant TDD and LTA review across the Canary Wharf Estate.

He has an excellent understanding of building physics and energy performance, sustainability, low and zero carbon technologies and has successfully completed and attained Low Carbon Consultant status and is a member of CIBSE. Salman is proficient in the use of a range of engineering and project management tools including, AutoCAD, and MS Project and Asite. Salman has an excellent understanding of the construction process, and the professional team and contractor work flows, architects, M&E subcontractors, and government bodies.

Having recently completed a Masters in Construction Project Management and working towards CIBSE chartership, Salman leads all post tender activities, including tender reviews, progress meetings, inspections and reports up to completion and handover.

Andrew graduated in 1994 with a BEng (Hons) in Electronic Engineering with Computing and Business. His affiliations include member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET). Andrew has an established career of electrical engineering, technical building surveying and project management within the construction industry.

Andrew first joined Tuckers in 2008 and following an 8 year period with a national multidisciplinary engineering consultancy, re-joined Tuckers as a director. A long standing association with Tuckers combined with significant external experience will bring advantages to Tuckers management and project design and delivery.

Andrew has been involved in a broad range of projects in multiple sectors including: Education, Defence, Industrial, Residential and commercial. A growing sector is decarbonisation in which Andrew has much experience including decarbonisation strategies for commercial and education / public sector clients which has included PSDS and SALIX bids. Decarbonisation of build environment is a leading challenge of the next ten years.

Andrew carries out design and day-to-day management of projects within the team and provides a constant point of contact to the client and professional team throughout, from concept to completion.
